Rules for using UpPlot

Marketplace role

UpPlot provides a platform for users, owners, and agents to discover, post, and manage land listings for rent and sale. UpPlot does not independently guarantee the legal title, suitability, or commercial viability of any listing.

User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, use the platform lawfully, and avoid posting misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content. Posters are responsible for the accuracy of listing details and documents.

Payments and plans

Paid features such as contact unlocks, boosts, and subscriptions are governed by the plan selected at checkout. Access to contacts or premium visibility may be limited, revoked, or refunded according to platform policy, fraud review, or operational issues.

Verification and moderation

UpPlot may review, reject, suspend, edit, or remove listings and accounts to maintain trust, quality, and legal compliance. Verification badges are issued at UpPlot’s discretion based on submitted information and review outcomes.
